• Minimum 5 years in staffing, recruitment, or resource management within IT services or consulting.
• 2+ years in Senior/Lead/Manager-level capacities.
• Experience overseeing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time staff.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Fluent English (B2) written and spoken.
• Professional certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end staffing across designated Solution Practices, balancing demand and supply.
• Collaborate with Discipline Leads on priorities, availability, and staffing obstacles.
• Define role specifications, required competencies, and timelines with project groups.
• Suggest staffing tactics like part-time roles, rotations, cross-practice transfers, and external hires.
• Identify staffing shortfalls and risks ahead of time and propose mitigations.
• Maintain relationships with Discipline Leads, Delivery Managers, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate staffing issues clearly, propose solutions, and escalate risks as needed.
• Review and improve staffing procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote staffing best practices and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
