Qualifications

• 3+ years of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience; QBO certification is a plus.
• Experience with Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong professional communication skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry is a strong plus.

About the Role

The Staff Accountant will manage accounting responsibilities for approximately 6-10 clients simultaneously, taking ownership of recurring accounting workflows, deadlines, and client deliverables.
