Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in site reliability, systems engineering, or operations.
• Exposure to large-scale, production-grade systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure availability and durability of critical services across production environments.
• Monitor health using SLOs/SLIs and manage incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Develop automation to reduce toil and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to support reliable system design and capacity planning.
• Contribute to playbooks, runbooks, and operational documentation and drive continuous improvement.
