Formación

Ansell is looking for a Sr Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Neuquén Argentina!

In this position you will play a vital role in achieving the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, determined by the Regional Sales Manager. You will effectively maximize the resources under your responsibility and produce the necessary results. This requires a six-month review of your performance and the service to strategic distributors and selected end-users.

What your role will be?

  • Maintain close relationships with distributors, managing the flow of information related to technical issues (training, information of NPDs, GUARDIAN follow-up, regulatory, etc.).
  • Work with the distributor to define plans to increase coverage where needed, either by geography and/or by vertical.
  • Suggest adjustments in the distribution network, proposing new distributors when and where needed, and recommending distributors that need to be cut based on performance and risk.
  • Monitor competition activities and provide relevant feedback to the company.
  • Monitor assigned territory to identify opportunities and risks due to market/economic trends and regulatory issues, providing feedback to the company.
  • Support the distribution network by providing necessary training to keep the sales team updated with Ansell information, including NPDs, product knowledge, regulatory/norms, etc.
  • Keep the information updated in the Salesforce system (daily/weekly) and for GUARDIAN presentations.
  • Direct technical processes for large projects and penetrate the market in designated territories.
  • Get to know the products and services that the company offers through training, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the administration of the products mix, new products, and positioning of the Ansell brand values to all customers through the culture of Salesforce and Ansell GUARDIAN.
  • Share forecasts for your region and/or distributor with the Marketing and Procurement Department, providing information about the regional market, implementation of new products, and customers.
  • Engage in end-user calls to provide solutions and support (technical/training).
  • Participate in workshops, trade shows, and general exhibitions.
  • Comply with items related to quality, environment, health, and work safety, maintaining equipment and workspaces clean, and ensuring compliance with company rules and procedures while using the necessary PPE.
  • Participate in training programs to assume new responsibilities and in multi-functional project programs.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education:

B.S. degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years proven sales experience with large industrial end-user field sales, sales management, and industrial distribution.
  • Solid background in industrial health and safety preferred, but not required.
  • 2-5 years experience managing and leading a team.
  • Proven track record in sales, Channel Management, or similar role preferred.
