A leading advertising firm in Argentina is seeking a professional to serve as a liaison between operations and sales teams. This role involves creating programmatic solutions, educating sales teams on tools, and developing research insights to boost sales opportunities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in digital advertising. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Formación

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Liaison between operations & sales teams for effective communication.

  • Share best practices with regional sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as main liaison between the operations & sales teams, ensuring all teams are always fully informed.
  • Effectively create and pack programmatic solutions that cover targeting/placement/strategy.
  • Educate sales team on the programmatic offering, platforms, tools and best practices.
  • Ensure that all the required GTM collaterals and rate cards are available and updated on a regular basis.
  • Support the direct managing with creative ideas presentations based on upcoming editorial calendar, for proposal to appropriate clients.
  • Develop research and insights that will help the sales team winning more opportunities.
  • Receive inbound briefs from the sales team including cost, objectives, and timelines, and recommend the relevant solution from the products portfolio to meet the accounts objectives and ROI.
  • Ensure every solution is feasible, can be accurately delivered as planned and scheduled; that all stakeholders are aligned while adhering to the publisher and editorial and advertising policy.
  • Provide high-level pitch presentations to key clients and agencies.
  • Work with sales teams across the region to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures.
Desired skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an advertising agency (preferably digital) programmatic buying, media planning, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.
  • Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Demand-side platforms (DSPs) like Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk.
  • Supply-side platforms (SSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Experience with ad servers (e.g., DoubleClick, Sizmek).
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools for tracking performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, and ad tags is often preferred.
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
