As Sr HR Analyst you will prove operational and administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, benefits, talent development and compliance and will contribute to the effective implementation of HR processes, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate assistance, aligning with company policies and legal requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting vacancies, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Carry out onboarding and offboarding tasks, ensuring required documentation, system access, and orientation processes are completed.
  • Facilitate benefits-related processes such as enrollments, updates, liaising with external providers when needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and resolve basic employee relations issues in alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage performance processes comprehensively: evaluations, calibrations, talent reviews, and continuous feedback practices. Support the administration of performance management tools by tracking deadlines, compiling documentation, and communicating reminders to staff.
  • Organize and track training programs and employee engagement activities, ensuring logistics are in place and records are maintained.
  • Prepare routine reports and summaries for internal stakeholders, assisting with audits or compliance documentation as required.
  • Stay informed about basic labor regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance.
  • Support salary analysis and compensation iniciatives
  • Help identify performance gaps and support the design of specific development plans
  • Define and implement metrics and indicators to measure impact and organizational dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related field.
  • Advanced command of English is a must
  • +4 years experience in similar role
