Nybble Group is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven co-pilot agents and collaboration tools, with backend in C# .NET and frontend in React.

You will work across two engineering teams to deliver scalable services, REST APIs, and AI features, ensuring production readiness and technical leadership.

The Fullstack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven co-pilot agents and related collaboration tools. This role focuses on building scalable backend services using C# .NET and creating intuitive frontend experiences with React, while supporting two high-impact engineering teams simultaneously.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the developer contributes to both the creation of new co-pilot capabilities and the finalization of existing AI agents to ensure production readiness and successful delivery. Success in this role means delivering reliable, scalable, and user-focused AI solutions while demonstrating strong ownership, adaptability, and technical leadership across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# .NET to support co-pilot agent logic, integrations, and workflows.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React for AI-driven collaboration and planning tools.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to align technical approaches and delivery goals.
• Support the deployment and finalization of co-pilot agents, ensuring production readiness and functional completeness.
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs connecting AI agents with internal systems and third-party services.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to AI feature feasibility, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions and contribute to DVF (Desirability, Viability, Feasibility) evaluations for new features.
• Contribute to the technical design and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions within the broader ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C# .NET and React.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer working on enterprise or complex software solutions.
• Experience building or integrating AI-driven agents, co-pilot tools, or chat-based AI systems.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and complex system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and support parallel workstreams.
• Advanced English level for collaboration with international stakeholders and teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• High level of ownership and accountability for technical outcomes.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong adaptability and ability to switch context efficiently between teams and initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows or AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with modern frontend state management and component libraries.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience participating in product discovery or feature feasibility analysis.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
