FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) to join our remote-friendly team, collaborating directly with a US-based client.

You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, translating complex product requirements into AI-driven, production-grade code, with strong emphasis on context engineering and architecture.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, a four-year degree, advanced English, and be able to commit to 40 hours per week.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep knowledge of full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Deep experience using GitHub Copilot as a primary development environment to coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems.
• Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate the majority of implementation code.
• Strong context engineering skills, including structuring codebases, specifications, and documentation to produce reliable, context-efficient AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into machine-executable, AI-friendly specifications.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Ability to systematically improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review practices in high-stakes contexts.
• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside designers and engineers daily.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Help deliver production software where AI drives a large portion of implementation code.
