Zusammenfassung

BARBUSS RISK is seeking a driven actuarial professional to join our global hub supporting multiple businesses through data-driven analysis, pricing, reserving, planning and forecasting. You will work on rate adequacy, pricing for new products, IBNR reserves, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Actuarial Science with 4–5 years of experience in insurance, strong MS Office and data analytics skills (SQL, SPSS, Power BI, GAUSS), and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and data repository platforms/tools such as SQL, SPSS, Power BI, and GAUSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into clear business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and technical results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support the preparation of the annual plan, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and internal management policies.
• Work proactively and independently, taking ownership of assigned projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and data repository platforms and tools such as SQL, SPSS, Power BI, and GAUSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate technical analysis into clear business insights.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
