Job summary

Reliefweb is hiring a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will plan and execute data migration activities for a major ERP transition, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining the migration approach and controls. English fluency and UTC 9:00–17:00 availability are required.

You will work on large-scale enterprise programs, ensure data accuracy, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migration experience preferred.

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
