Job summary

Satellogic in Argentina is seeking a Chassis Team Leader to oversee structural, mechanical, thermal, and integration for our spacecraft programs. You will own the physical architecture and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams to ensure robust hardware for launch.

A degree in aerospace engineering and 5+ years in aerospace, plus CAD/PLM proficiency and strong English communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in engineering with multidisciplinary teams in aerospace.
• 3+ years leading projects and mentoring teams.
• Experience in structural design, thermal control, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of chassis architectures for spacecraft.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, structural, thermal, and E/E teams.
• Improve manufacturability and oversee harness routing and integration.
• Coordinate system-level integration and ensure safe operation in orbit.
