This role integrates with Dow's Integrated Supply Chain, negotiating and contracting bulk marine and terminal services across Latin America, with emphasis on cost efficiency and supply security.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English required.
• Preferred: 5 years in liquid bulk marine transportation and tank terminals.

Responsabilidades

• Source and manage a portfolio of Latin America bulk marine and terminals logistics services.
• Provide input to the global logistics buying strategy for marine and terminals.
• Utilize analytics to drive value from the market and influence stakeholders.
• Act as change agent to transform the strategic sourcing organization.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and insights for internal constituents.
• Negotiate, execute and implement commercial agreements per strategies.
