Sourcing and contracting

Execute sourcing activities in respective spend area within defined KPI boundaries.

Provide inputs for procurement plan. Work proactively with internal clients to identify, forecast and optimise demand and standardize specifications to reduce TCO.

Identify sourcing opportunities, complete category profiles, calculate TCO.

Monitor category trends and initiate market research as needed.

Prepare and execute sourcing events, lead negotiations and execute contracting with supplier.

Develop and manage partnership with internal clients (including efficient cross-functional collaboration) and relationship with strategic suppliers.

Conduct review of contract performance along with main stakeholder and spending for categories, manage suppliers performance.

Provide strategic sourcing according to procurement plan and within budgets, timescales and standards.

Cooperate with purchasers on strategic sourcing process, provide deep category expertise.

Hand over sourcing results to transaction purchasing team.

• Bachelor degree
• Proven experience of strategic soucing and cross functional collaboration, deep category expertise and business knowledge.
• Strong TCO mindset, advanced in usage of sourcing tools and proficient negotiations skills.
• Over 3 years experience in sourcing, with focus on supplier and contract management.
