Infobip ltd. is looking for a technically-minded engineer to drive implementation, integration, and enablement for clients across the region. You’ll learn Infobip products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to successful go-lives with robust documentation.

The role emphasizes learning, project management fundamentals, and close engagement with senior engineers, Architects, and Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency for client engagement and internal collaboration across the region.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technical projects end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
• Ability to engage in presales conversations and map business needs to technical solutions.
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation and integration concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical implementation and solution delivery for client projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers, and architects to design integration plans.
• Create thorough technical documentation and respond to security questionnaires.
• Identify new use cases and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
