Eleks is seeking a Solution Business Analyst/Scrum Master based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This on-site role involves leading agile ceremonies and collaborating closely with technical teams to maintain a prioritized backlog. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead roles within technical teams.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies.

ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst/Scrum Master in Buenos Aires, Argentina (on-site).

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a leading health insurance company in the United States serving over 25 million members.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead roles within technical teams
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is a plus
• CSM, PSM, or an equivalent certification is preferred
• Experience working with or alongside DevOps and platform engineering teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, GitHub, Jira, or similar platforms
• Hands‑on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead
• Strong backlog management skills and the ability to drive meaningful continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Availability for full‑time onsite presence
• Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and facilitate the team’s delivery cadence, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Partner closely with engineers and team leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
• Identify and remove blockers, track progress, and proactively highlight risks
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Provide concise status updates to stakeholders while minimizing reporting overhead for the engineering team
