Virtustant is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, create and manage client social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, aiming to grow audience and engagement.

The role is fully remote with US business hours. You will collaborate with designers and client teams, craft captions, schedule content and monitor performance, while staying on trend.

A strong portfolio and 2+ years experience are required; payment can be USD or local currency, depending on your preference.

Formación

• 2+ years of social media management for brands.
• Advanced English (C1+) with strong writing.
• Experience with Canva and scheduling tools.
• Portfolio of accounts managed.
• Creative and organized.

About The Role

Plan, create and manage our clients' social media presence to grow their audience and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Write captions and create simple graphics and short videos
• Engage with followers and answer comments and messages
• Track performance and report on reach, engagement and growth
• Keep up with trends and suggest new content ideas
• Work with designers and the client's team on campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years managing social media for brands or businesses
• Advanced English (C1 or higher), with strong writing skills
• Experience with Canva and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer or similar)
• A portfolio of accounts you have managed
• Creative and organized

Nice To Have

• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
• Experience running paid social campaigns
• Marketing agency experience

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
