Job summary

Virtustant is a fully remote staffing company connecting Latin America and South Africa professionals with US-based clients. You will help customers from onboarding to renewal, acting as the main contact and guiding setup to ensure success.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage CRM updates, track health, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities, while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management or customer support.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Help our clients' customers get the most out of their products, from onboarding to renewal.
