The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.
The Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving IT Platform Engineering capabilities. This role focuses on designing and managing the infrastructure and tools that business capability teams use to build and deploy applications.
The goal is to provide stable, scalable, and self-service platforms, enabling teams to focus on delivering business value without worrying about the underlying infrastructure. This includes automating processes, providing reusable components, improving observability, and ensuring infrastructure resilience, security, and compliance.
In this role, you will apply industry best practices, contribute to platform evolution, and take an active role in improving reliability and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production environments as needed.
While this description covers a broad range of technologies, we are hiring for multiple teams. We value strong experience in some of these areas and a willingness to learn others, you are not expected to meet every requirement to apply.
