Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III in Argentina to join our global SaaS platform. You will optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless tax compliance for customers worldwide and shaping our deployment practices.

You will automate with AI-assisted workflows, implement configuration management, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or Go, Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform or CloudFormation,

Qualifications

Experience with SaaS technologies and SDLC processes.
Proficiency in scripting languages and version control.
Hands-on with CI/CD and infrastructure as code tools.
Ability to communicate clearly with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Define and implement processes for maintaining configurations across SaaS environment.
Maintain applications and tools throughout the SDLC with development teams.
Work in an agile team to develop software solutions and advise on config management best practices.
Evaluate and improve configuration management to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and automate troubleshooting.
