The position requires 4 years of clinical research payments experience, advanced English, and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese where possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 4 years of clinical research experience supporting payments, from start-up to close-out.
• Advanced English and strong communication skills; Spanish and Portuguese fluency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end site payment process for studies; ensure timely payments and contract compliance.
• Serve as SPOC for sites on payments and client requirements; manage payment requests and invoices.
• Review invoices and input data in IVT to support payments; create accrual reports.
• Set up new study country fee templates and site fee schedules; manage amendment-driven changes.
