Title and Summary Junior Technical Project Manager Advisors & Consulting Services The Services area within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard\'s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

Our Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Program Management consultants lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth. You will manage defined workstreams or small projects, often embedded within software development or product teams. You will work hands-on with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with client objectives. It is expected that you will be handling complex analyses and preparing communications to report back to clients and internal leadership. You will develop practical recommendations, contribute to team discussions on implications of analyses, and work alongside the client\'s staff on each project, assisting with implementation tasks.

Client Impact

• Provide input on multiple small and large high-value projects across a range of industries and problem statements
• Contribute proven, accredited change skills, domain experience, and delivery methodology to help clients drive measurable value
• Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients\' needs, challenges, agenda, and risks
• Develop working relationships with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities, track, and forecast effort and report on expense vs. earned value

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
• Exposure to financial institutions or consultancy firms
• +2 years of work experience managing IT/software development projects
• Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to oversee projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving oriented and decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Microsoft Project experience will be considered a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

Preferred Qualifications

• A recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)

Buenos Aires, Argentina Full time R We are seeking an Investigator Payment Analyst to join our team! As a Local Payment Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end site payment process for studies in Brazil. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with payment timelines and for providing all related support to both the sponsor and the study sites.

What you\'ll be doing Start-up activities : - Participation in Trial Oversight Meetings to obtain information on updates related to payments; consulting with the Contract Manager about the budget; communicate with CTM/CTL/PME when needed to ensure the correct reconciliation. - Setup of study country fee templates and site fee schedules. - Manage site payees in MDG and site payees. Study Conduct : - Perform as SPOC of the sites related to payments and client requirements. - Track all payment relevant information and generate payment requests. - Review the invoices and maintain correct and relevant information in IVT to support payment of the invoices. - Perform content and financial review of the invoice and initiate approval. - Create or support in creation of relevant reports for Accrual reporting. Amendment Management : - Setup of new study country fee templates superseding the previous ones according to the contract amendments and follow up the site payment activities. Study close out : - Ensure holdback is paid at the time of closeout as contractually agreed with the site (post alignment with the CTM). - Ensure payment of all outstanding invoices before site closeout. What we are looking for: + Graduated associates - Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or other related fields. + 4 years of clinical research experience supporting payments in Brazil, hands on site payment process experience supporting since start up to close out stages. + Good communication skills. + Advanced English level and communication skills in the language. + Fluid in Spanish and Portuguese is preferrable, able to communicate and understand. + Based in Argentina.
