MAIRE group in Argentina seeks a Construction Quality Manager (QAM) to lead QA/QC on major EPC/infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes ensuring uniform QA/QC procedures across consortium teams, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with partners and clients.

Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with experience on large industrial sites and knowledge of regional regulations. The position involves collaboration across multicultural teams and regional assignments as required.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing QA/QC for large industrial/EPC projects.
• Knowledge of South American construction environments, contractors, and regulations.
• Willingness to support projects across Argentina and the region.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Site Quality Plan adequacy and application at Site, coordinating reviews.
• Verify NDT, Welding, Painting & Corrosion Inspector activities and QC site team work.
• Prepare inspection/test books and ensure proper documentation.
• Review subcontractors' quality systems, procedures and site QA/QC actions.
• Manage information flow: RFIs, inspections, non-conformities, corrective actions.
• Identify organizational defects and coordinate corrective action with Site Manager.
• Plan and perform periodic audits on subcontractors' activities.
• Prepare own section of the Project Monthly report.
