Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Manager to lead site E&S programs at the San Luis facility. You will oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and the E&S Management System, aligning with ISO 14001:2026 standards and global practices.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate across segments, and influence outcomes without direct authority while ensuring safety and sustainability at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering environmental management, sustainability or related field.
• 5–7 years in environmental management within manufacturing, with focus on compliance and risk.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong communications and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with environmental regulations and Kimberly-Clark standards.
• Own and manage the E&S components within the site Management System.
• Identify environmental risks and define risk reduction strategies and implementation.
• Lead ISO 14001:2026 alignment and continual improvement of E&S programs.
• Collaborate with segment/global teams to ensure consistent E&S standards.
