You will lead a team, ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark standards and local regulations, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering environmental management, sustainability or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years in a leadership, management or supervisory role.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence behaviors without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site's E&S management system and align with ISO 14001:2026 readiness.
• Identify environmental aspects, assess risks, and implement reduction strategies.
• Oversee compliance with E&S standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent E&S practices.
• Embed E&S strategies and drive program maturity across the site.
