Refresco is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for its Nelson site. This hands-on role drives the HSE agenda on the factory floor, aligning with operations to strengthen safety culture and compliance across the site.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma and at least five years in HSE within a busy manufacturing environment, with the ability to influence leadership and deliver measurable improvements across blue- and white-collar teams.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years' experience in an HSE role in manufacturing/engineering.
• Proven ability to drive safety initiatives and empower teams to improve HSE performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support and improve site HSE systems and compliance.
• Provide practical HSE guidance to managers and staff.
• Promote proactive safety culture via audits, risk assessments and initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations and support continuous improvement.
• Manage HSE reporting, KPIs, audits, and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with HR to support environmental and health objectives.
