IQVIA Inc in Buenos Aires (CABA) is seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to support import/export activities for site activation in Argentina. Under supervision, you will handle country-level tasks in line with SOPs, regulations, and project requirements, with potential maintenance work.

You will collaborate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management, and other departments to review documents, prepare regulatory materials, update systems, and ensure timely delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international commerce, life sciences, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• General awareness of import/export process.

Responsabilités

• Perform site activation activities for investigative sites per regulations and SOPs.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy under supervision.
• Prepare site regulatory documents and review for completeness.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory documents for sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and project teams.
• Support updating internal systems, databases, timelines and project plans.
