Chevron Corp. in Buenos Aires seeks an Application Engineer to join the IT Organization and work on software development and integrations with third-party vendor software for the shipping business.

You will participate in the software development lifecycle, collaborate with technical teams, and help ensure system security and compliance. The role emphasizes both independent work and teamwork within a large, multinational service center.

Formación

• Experience developing or supporting solutions using the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL, Power Platform).
• Excellent communication and ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with vendor management and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient IT solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Perform system testing and validation procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
