Job summary

BrightSide is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Support Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role blends hands-on development with advanced technical support, including complex integrations and process automation.

You will work on automating workflows, maintaining modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, and contribute to platform governance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, core modules, and development best practices.
• Hands-on JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and flows to support business needs.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for ServiceNow and integrated applications, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Design and implement automation solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.
