Job summary

Motum is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage planning and execution of a complex migration for a global client in manufacturing. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure quality throughout the migration lifecycle.

In this role you will coordinate approach, controls and risk management while reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency and UTC working hours are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large enterprise programs.
• Expertise in data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.
• English proficiency and UTC working hours.
