Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely with North American universities. You will edit video content for ads, storytelling, and campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure top-quality assets for YouTube, social media, and paid media.

The role supports Latin American expansion and requires strong pacing, color, and sound design skills. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of agency or marketing video editing experience, be fluent in English, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical know-how in color grading, sound design, and video formatting for multiple platforms.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
