You should have 3+ years of experience, strong Premiere Pro skills, and fluent English to work with U.S.-based teams. This role supports Latin America expansion and offers flexible remote work across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Agency, media production, or marketing team background.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience editing ads for social and broadcast.
• Strong storytelling and editing sense.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and campaigns.
• Enhance video quality via color, sound, transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists.
• Manage video files and organize assets.
