EPAM Systems seeks a Senior UX Technical Designer to support a AAA fighting game project in Unreal Engine 5. The role bridges UX, art, design, and engineering, turning UX flows, prototypes, and visual concepts into polished in‑engine UI experiences.

The project moves from pre-production into production, with evolving UI direction. You will implement UI screens and widgets in UE5, collaborate with UX Designers, UI Engineers, and Artists, and prototype across gameplay contexts.

Formación

• 3+ years in UX or UI technical design.
• Experience implementing game UI in Unreal Engine.
• Hands-on with UMG and Blueprint-based UI workflows.
• Translate UX flows into functional in-engine UI.
• Strong layout, interaction design, and UI motion understanding.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams.

Responsabilidades

• Implement UI screens, flows, widgets, animations, and interaction behaviors in Unreal Engine 5.
• Interpret user flows, wireframes, Figma designs, and HTML prototypes with UX Designers.
• Partner with UI Engineers to build scalable UI structures.
• Collaborate with UI Artists to ensure assets are polished in-engine.
• Prototype and refine frontend UI across gameplay contexts.
• Support 2D/3D-anchored UI elements and UI motion with Blueprint workflows.
• Build and maintain UI prefabs, widgets, layouts, and animation states.
• Validate UI across mobile-centric and multi-platform experiences.
