EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Senior UX Designer to define and drive the design strategy for projects, aligning UX, visual design, and content decisions with business and technology goals. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure agile practices are applied effectively.

Formación

• 3+ years in UX design leadership roles such as UX Design Lead or Project Design Lead

Responsabilidades

• Define the design strategy for assigned projects aligned to agreed objectives
• Lead key UX, visual, and content decisions with a holistic design perspective
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to assess implications and trade-offs
• Guide and motivate team members to apply the design strategy consistently
• Apply Design Thinking and frameworks to structure discovery and solution definition
• Establish and evolve design systems and standards, including Atomic Design or similar approaches
• Plan and prioritize design work using backlogs and roadmaps aligned to project value
• Define and track design-related KPIs to support decision-making with basic data interpretation
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions using tools such as Miro or Mural
• Mentor multidisciplinary team members with empathy, assertiveness, and autonomy
• Communicate design rationale clearly and negotiate outcomes with stakeholders
• Maintain project collaboration and documentation using Jira and Google Workspace tools

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to define and drive the design strategy for your projects, aligning UX, visual design, and content decisions with business and technology needs. You will guide and support a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure frameworks and agile practices are applied effectively.

• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary team members with empathy, assertiveness, and autonomy
• Communicate design rationale clearly and negotiate outcomes with stakeholders
• Maintain project collaboration and documentation using Jira and Google Workspace tools

Requirements

• UX design leadership experience (3+ years) in roles such as UX Design Lead or Project Design Lead
• Proven team leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams with empathy and autonomy
• Strong project strategy skills to define design strategy aligned to business and technology needs
• Hands‑on Design Thinking experience as a required framework
• Strong frameworks knowledge with autonomous use of at least two of: Customer Experience, Jobs To Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, Behavioral Design
• Solid design systems knowledge including Visual Design and Design Systems (Atomic Design or similar)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with synthesis, analysis, interpretation, and argumentation abilities
• Stakeholder management skills with effective communication across multiple seniority levels
• Basic data analysis skills including KPI definition, backlog, roadmap, and value proposition work
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
• Consultancy skills

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Sketch
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops in Miro and Mural
• Hands‑on experience operating within Agile teams using Jira and related practices
