EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Senior UX Designer to define the design strategy and align UX, visual design, and content decisions with business goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure design systems and agile practices are applied effectively.

You will guide and mentor team members, apply Design Thinking, and maintain design documentation with Jira and Google Workspace.

Formación

• 3+ years in UX design leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on Design Thinking and methodical discovery.
• Strong design systems knowledge (Atomic Design or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Define the design strategy for assigned projects aligned to objectives.
• Lead key UX, visual, and content decisions with a holistic design perspective.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to assess implications and trade-offs.
• Guide and motivate team members to apply the design strategy consistently.
• Apply Design Thinking and selected frameworks to structure discovery and solution definition.
• Establish and evolve design systems and standards (Atomic Design or similar).
• Plan and prioritize design work using backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and track design KPIs to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions (Miro, Mural).
• Mentor multidisciplinary team members with empathy and autonomy.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and negotiate outcomes with stakeholders.
