EPAM NEORIS seeks a Senior UX Designer to define the design strategy across projects, aligning UX, visual design, and content with business and technology goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure design systems and agile practices are applied effectively.

You will apply Design Thinking, establish standards, plan work with backlogs, and define design KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 3+ years in UX design leadership roles such as UX Design Lead or Project Design Lead.
• Proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams with empathy and autonomy.
• Hands-on Design Thinking experience as a core framework.
• Strong frameworks knowledge: UX, Jobs To Be Done, Business Design, or similar.
• Design systems knowledge including Visual Design and Atomic Design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels.
• Basic data analysis skills including KPI definition and backlog planning.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define the design strategy for assigned projects aligned to objectives.
• Lead key UX, visual, and content decisions with a holistic design perspective.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to assess trade-offs.
• Guide and motivate team members to apply the design strategy consistently.
• Apply Design Thinking and design frameworks to structure discovery and solution definition.
• Establish and evolve design systems and standards (Atomic Design or similar).
• Plan and prioritize design work using backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and track design KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate workshops using Miro or Mural; communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor multidisciplinary team members with empathy and autonomy.
