Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to build and maintain dashboards and predictive models that guide enterprise transformation initiatives. The role partners with Finance and People teams to ensure data integrity and consistent metrics across the organization.

You will design executive-level reporting packs, surface trends, and communicate insights clearly to leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions and optimized performance across functions.

Formación

• Experience building dashboards to track enterprise Transformation KPIs.
• Ability to maintain predictive models from diverse data sources.
• Strong communication of insights to executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for enterprise transformation.
• Maintain predictive models to support strategic decisions.
• Support executive reporting packs and surface trends and insights.
• Analyze workforce, cost and operations data to identify performance drivers.
• Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure data consistency and core metrics alignment.
• Support business case development with financial modeling and ROI calculations.
• Help maintain standardized data models across sources and teams.
• Contribute to scenario modeling and ad-hoc analyses for strategy.
