ELEKS in Argentina is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple products for a major US health insurance client. You will shape the test strategy, govern functional and regression testing, and drive defect management and reporting in a multi-product, agile setting.

You will mentor testers, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to automation efforts, and ensure high-quality releases through strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• 5–7 years in software testing and quality assurance.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience developing and implementing test strategies across complex environments.
• Hands-on leadership in functional and regression testing.
• Experience with defect management, tracking, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain automation test strategy.
• Maintain automation development and test processes, coordinate activities with PM.
• Define testing automation scope, plan and schedule automation work.
• Plan automation quality control activities and assess risks.
• Initiate automation test specification, execution, and corrective actions.
• Establish environments for automation testing and provide status reports.
