Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our talent network for flexible, project-based development work with U.S. clients.

You will integrate into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver software from planning through delivery. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development with IT project management, advanced English, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Proven experience in guiding software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Track record of identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating project risks, and delivering complex software products on time.
• Solid background in establishing release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile facilitation techniques, backlog refinement, and scope management in fast-paced tech environments.
• Well-versed in software engineering lifecycles, continuous integration concepts, and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily.
• Guide software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and deliver complex software products on time.
• Establish release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain backlog refinement in fast-paced environments.
• Support CI/CD and cloud deployment pipelines across projects.
