Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
- Advanced English is required.
- Four-year college degree completed.
- Strong background in software engineering workflows and full lifecycle delivery.
- Proven experience guiding teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs to optimize delivery.
- Coordinate with client teams, designers, and engineers daily.
- Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery of complex software.
