CookUnity is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Senior Talent Specialist to lead end-to-end searches across Product, Data, and GTM functions. You will support hiring in the U.S. and LATAM, building strong pipelines and advising leaders while delivering a positive candidate experience.

This hybrid role is primarily remote with periodic in-person collaboration at our Palermo office, and offers leadership growth as the company scales.

Formación

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across different functions.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience hiring in the U.S. and LATAM markets.
• Exceptional communication with advanced or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Product, Data, and GTM roles including senior/staff/executive searches.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers with market insights and recommendations.
• Lead intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into candidate profiles.
• Build pipelines via proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools.
• Champion candidate experience with a thoughtful interview process from first contact to close.
• Lead interviewer calibration and structured decision-making for inclusive hires.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across U.S. and LATAM, adapting strategies per market.
• Oversee offers and negotiation with empathy and speed.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, primarily supporting hiring in the U.S. and LATAM. The portfolio will include senior individual contributor, leadership, and executive-level positions.

This is not a sourcing-only role . We're looking for someone who can own searches end-to-end, shape recruiting strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You'll join at a key moment in our growth and help define what great hiring looks like at CookUnity.

Responsibilites

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead effective intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into clear candidate profiles and assessment plans.
• Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach , using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Champion the candidate experience and ensure a thoughtful, consistent interview process from first contact through close.
• Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapting recruiting strategies to each market while maintaining a consistent hiring bar.
• Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.
• Use data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that help CookUnity stand out in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience: A proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across different functions.
• Relevant functional expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles , as well as GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Full-cycle recruiting: Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house environment.
• U.S. and LATAM market experience: Prior experience hiring in both regions, including recruiting for U.S.-headquartered companies and partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers.
• Senior stakeholder partnership: Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while providing hands‑on operational support.
• Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced or bilingual English proficiency .
• ATS fluency: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; we use Greenhouse.
• Prioritization skills: The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple searches effectively.
• Startup mindset: A proactive, resourceful, make‑things‑happen attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Leadership potential: Enthusiasm for growing into a leadership role as the company expands.
