CookUnity, a fast-growing chef-led marketplace, is hiring a Senior Talent Specialist. You’ll own end-to-end searches across Product, Data, and GTM for US and LATAM markets. You’ll advise hiring managers, shape recruiting strategy, build pipelines, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across functions.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Product and Data roles and GTM lines.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in-house preferred.
• Experience hiring in US and LATAM markets.
• Senior stakeholder partnership and advisory capability.
• Advanced English communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS; Greenhouse experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial startup mindset; leadership potential.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to improve output and speed.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles in Product, Data, and GTM.
• Act as trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
• Lead intake meetings, define search strategies, and create candidate profiles.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Champion candidate experience and structured interview processes.
• Lead interviewer calibration and data-driven decisions for quality hires.
• Partner with stakeholders across US and LATAM; adapt strategies.
• Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy and speed.
• Use data/market intel to improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
