Formación

  • 3+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento de TI, preferiblemente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.

  • Gestionar canales de búsqueda de candidatos y mantener una experiencia positiva.

About the Role - Our dynamic Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Argentina. This role goes beyond simply filling positions; it is about driving an ongoing process to raise awareness and position Tietoevry Create as an employer of choice within the software development community and beyond. As part of our international and globally connected Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bringing your creative ideas to life. You will collaborate closely with team members from around the world as well as Hiring Managers to identify, attract, and engage the top software talent in the market.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team members to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
  2. Manage diverse candidate sourcing channels, including direct advertising, database searches, recruitment agencies and partners, proactive headhunting, and professional networking platforms.
  3. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' cultural fit, soft skills, and language proficiency.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System while effectively managing talent pipelines.
  5. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer submission.
  6. Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective candidates.
  7. Organize and actively participate in recruitment initiatives and events.
  8. Contribute creative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts and strengthen the company’s reputation within the software community.
  9. Gather, provide, and analyze market data to plan hiring strategies, identify talent trends, and support decision-making.
  10. Support other recruitment projects and tasks to continually improve the overall hiring process.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (more is a plus).
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. A clear understanding that recruitment is not just about matching candidates to roles but also about building connections to our brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  6. Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  7. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  8. A proactive attitude with a passion for recruitment.
  9. Experience in HR and Employer Branding is a plus.
  10. Knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus.
  11. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
