AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Senior TA Partner to own complex searches in Cybersecurity/GRC and Salesforce ecosystems. You will partner with client hiring managers, run full-cycle searches, and help shape how our team uses AI across sourcing and evaluation.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with real influence on operations. Responsibilities include leading intake calls, running AI-assisted sourcing in Metaview/Noon/Claude, managing requisitions in Greenhouse, and mentoring

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in technical recruiting with agency, staffing or RPO experience.
• Proven Salesforce or Cybersecurity recruiting track record.
• Hands-on use of Greenhouse or similar ATS with data discipline.
• Fluency with AI recruiting tools (Metaview, Noon, Claude) and repeatable workflows.
• Strong LATAM market knowledge, especially Argentina and Brazil.
• Professional English; Portuguese a strong plus.
• Experience handling US-based stakeholders with data-driven insights.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles from intake to offer.
• Lead intake calls to translate client needs into precise search criteria.
• Run AI-assisted sourcing and enrichment to build ranked pipelines.
• Manage requisitions in Greenhouse with clean data and KPI tracking.
• Use Claude and related tools to accelerate JD creation, summaries, and outreach.
• Advise clients on LATAM market realities, compensation, and contractor models.
• Mentor mid-level recruiters and contribute to TA playbooks and workflows.
