Boldin is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own the reliability, security, and performance of compute, identity, endpoint, and SaaS services in a hybrid environment. You will design and operate resilient infrastructure, drive automation, and lead incidents with a peer on cloud and security engineering.

You will manage patching, CI/CD with IaC, and collaborate across teams to improve runbooks, dashboards, and security posture.

Formación

• Five+ years in senior systems administration or IT engineering role.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure) and Linux/macOS at scale.
• Hands-on identity and SSO: directory administration, SAML or OIDC, provisioning.
• MDM experience for at least one major platform.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with configuration management or IaC is a plus.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and SaaS/GRC knowledge.
• Operational ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar controls is a plus.
• Clear writing and strong remote judgment; know when to act.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).

Boldin is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator to own the reliability, security, and performance of the compute, identity, endpoint, and SaaS services our team depends on every day. You will design and operate resilient infrastructure, drive automation, lead complex incidents, and own lifecycle work across a hybrid environment. You will work as a peer to our existing engineer, who will focus on cloud and security engineering.

What you will own

• Infrastructure and cloud operations. Keep core systems healthy and performant across our cloud and SaaS environment. Run patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle work end to end.
• Identity and access. Operate SSO, directory, and access lifecycle. Run joiner, mover, and leaver flows. Keep entitlements clean and reviewed.
• Endpoint and device management. Own the device fleet through MDM.
• Patching, configuration baselines, compliance posture, and support.
• Monitoring, incident response, and automation. Tune alerts, run runbooks, lead incidents to root cause, and ship the automation that prevents the next one.
• Security operations and compliance support. Operate the controls that live in IT: access reviews, endpoint posture, training, and audit evidence.
• Documentation and continuous improvement. Maintain runbooks, mentor as the team grows, and raise the bar over time.

What you bring

• Five or more years in a senior systems administration or IT engineering role. You have run an environment, not just executed tickets.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern OS administration (Linux or macOS at scale).
• Hands-on identity and SSO: directory administration, SAML or OIDC, lifecycle, and provisioning.
• Production MDM experience for at least one major platform.
• Scripting fluency in at least one of Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Comfort with configuration management or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and a SaaS or GRC management platform.
• Operational ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable compliance controls is a plus.
• Clear writing and good remote judgment. You know when to act and when to elevate.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher)
