Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Core Web Vitals and site performance, including page speed.
• Build internal tools and scripts to automate SEO tasks, such as bulk meta tag updates, log file analysis and schema validation.
• Build systems to create and publish high-quality content programmatically.
• Partner with marketing, content and product teams to prioritize and ship SEO improvements.

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 3+ years focused on SEO/GEO.
• Solid understanding of how search engines crawl, render and index websites.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with programmatic SEO and publishing content at scale.
• Familiarity with GEO / Generative Engine Optimization and how content is surfaced in AI-generated responses.
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
