mindIT HR Agency seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join their R&D team building an omnichannel advertising platform handling billions of impressions daily. You will analyze architecture, design and implement scalable solutions, and guide multiple teams through production deployment.

You’ll work with Python and TypeScript (React/Node.js), Spark and data ingestion, ensure high throughput, and participate in design reviews, mentoring teammates, and delivering production-ready software in a

Formación

Bachelor in computer science or a related discipline (must).
3+ years with demonstrated large-scale system experience (5+ years preferred).
Experience processing large volumes of data in production systems.
Advanced English proficiency (+B2/C1).
Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (plus).
Experience with dataframes, Spark, Pandas, Polars (plus).

Responsabilidades

Design and implement major aspects of the architecture of applications.
Lead development of modules for a product processing over 1B transactions daily.
Architect and evolve systems for high-throughput data ingestion and processing.
Deploy solutions to production in a continuous manner.
Provide technical training and support to R&D developers.
Collaborate with R&D managers to define development standards.
