Job summary

Mindit HR Agency seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its world-class R&D team. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable solutions for a high-volume ad tech platform, processing billions of impressions daily. You will mentor peers, guide production deployments, and refine architecture for performance and reliability.

You’ll work across Python, TypeScript, React/Node.js, and data technologies, driving standards and best practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field required.
• 4+ years with large-scale systems experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience processing large volumes of data in production environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Solid understanding of load distribution, data storage strategies, and system architecture at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (plus).
• Experience with dataframes, map-reduce, Spark, Pandas, Polars (plus).
• Experience with Argo/Airflow (plus).
• Experience with Python, TypeScript (React and Node.js) (plus).
• Experience with web server or client-side development (plus).
• Passion for technology and quality; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement major aspects of application architecture, including infrastructure and UI.
• Lead development of modules for a high-end product handling heavy daily transactions.
• Architect and evolve systems for high-throughput data ingestion and processing.
• Design and develop viable solutions for various system architectures.
• Deploy solutions to production in a continuous manner.
• Ensure well-being of applications in production and guide teams.
• Collaborate with R&D managers to define and finalize development standards.
• Oversee the design process for application software and provide training.
