Job summary

Grow UP HR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote, long-term independent contractor role focused on AI-powered solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) carriers.

You will implement Python, MySQL, and automation tools, collaborating with customers to translate business needs into secure, scalable features across a SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Python web development, 3+ years SaaS, and experience with Django, APIs, Docker, and AWS in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in Python web development.
• 3+ years SaaS product development and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI-enabled technical solutions for customers.
• Configure platform with Python, MySQL and AI APIs.
• Collaborate with product management to launch secure, user-friendly features.
• Lead agile practices, CI/CD, and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Own validation tests to ensure AI workflow accuracy.
