Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to delivering innovative technology and exceptional client service. We are seeking a skilled project manager to join our rapidly growing team in Rosario, Argentina.

You will lead software development initiatives, manage client dependencies, and drive projects from planning through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. You will work with distributed engineering teams, align milestones with external deadlines, and maintain risk

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path planning.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with owners and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
