Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream software delivery across the US and LATAM. You will drive project scope, budgets, risks, and schedules while coordinating vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record of delivering under fixed deadlines. Flexible, remote work options are available with a focus on collaboration and professional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• ,
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines and managing risk/changes.
• Experience coordinating vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and client-facing reporting.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, and multi-workstream delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and translation of technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience with Jira/Asana or similar project tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.
